Eligible Returns

• Wrong and defect product must be replaced, only when unboxing video shared on help@amazingpic.in
• Items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact
• Items must not have been worn, used, or altered in any way

Return Process

1. Repackage the item securely in its original packaging, if possible
2. Ship the item back to us at the address provided by our customer service team
3. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process a refund or exchange it for a new item, whichever you prefer

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment
• Refunds will include the full amount paid for the item, minus any shipping costs

Exchanges

• Exchanges are only possible for items of equal or lesser value
• If the new item is of greater value, you’ll need to pay the difference

Exceptions

• Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns or exchanges
• Items that have been damaged or altered in any way are not eligible for returns or exchanges

• We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship
